Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Payments

1.1. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or proof of payment  is received and verified.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
2.3. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Event Space Use

3.1. The event space is rented for the agreed hours only. Any additional time will incur extra charges.
3.2. You are responsible for the behavior of your guests and any third-party vendors.
3.3. Music and noise must be kept within reasonable levels to avoid disturbing surrounding properties.
3.4. All decorations must be free-standing or attached in a way that causes no damage

Damage and Liability

4.1. You are liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment during your booking.
4.2. A security deposit of $TTD 1000 is required and will be refunded within 5 working days after the event, provided no damage or extra cleaning is required.
4.3. Rosewood Cottage Management is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings or equipment.

Health and Safety

5.1. You must comply with all local laws, health, and safety regulations during your event.
5.2. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the compound.
5.3. Open flames (including candles) are not permitted.

Acceptance of Terms

6.1. Rosewood Cottage Management is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages or government restrictions.
6.2 By making a booking at Rosewood Cottage,  you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
